Shop manager

Use the shop module to enable e-commerce functionality within the public website module. Like the public website this module is designed to do the basics well and function on any type of internet enabled device. The public website module handles all user registration and access settings. With the shop module admin section you can:

  • Manage unlimited products.
  • Upload multiple images for a product.
  • Products can have multiple options like sizes or colours, using basic JSON to configure them.
  • Each product can have a weight in Kg and volume in Litres assigned.
  • Create an unlimited product hierarchy so you and you users can easily find the product you are looking for.
  • Setup multiple shipping locations and options.
  • Assign shipping costs for each destination and option with a base cost, cost per Kg and per Litre, and a maximum cost.
  • Assign payment options from EFT to payment gateways supported by our payment module.
  • Manage multiple sellers apart from yourself so you can sell goods on consignment.
  • Manually create orders or process orders from public website.
  • Manually Invoice orders or review/modify invoices created automatically by public website.
  • Manualy capture or track payments linked to orders and invoices.
  • Easily email users messages linked to (/public/contact-management)orders and view message history.
  • Upload and manage unlimited documents associated with an order. .

With the shop module public section you can:

  • Insert product listings on any page in public website module.
  • Allow unregistered public users to add items to a shopping cart which will stay alive for 30days.
  • Full checkout wizard which allows user to process their cart contents, select shipping options and make payments using payment module if a payment gateway is configured using our public payment module.
  • Automatically register users in checkout wizard or require login for existing users.
  • Insert account management pages(dashboard, active orders, profile page, historical orders) into public menu structure wherever you want.
