Client management

The client management module is designed for a time based service business from programming to any form of consulting or professional service. Go back to module list.

The following functionality is available:

  • Maintain unlimited clients
  • Setup fixed periodic invoice items for clients.
  • Extend staff user details with hourly rates
  • Staff can capture Timesheets linked to a client as they work with a live timer, or after the fact by manual entry.
  • Create invoice pdfs using timesheet data, fixed charges and any additional items and documents.
  • Capture payment data, or import from General Ledger module
  • Basic client task management and associated diary to keep track of important issues. Upload documents linked to task, email task summary information to anyone at any stage.

The following reports are available:

  • Time sheets over any period for all clients or a single client.
  • Simple client statement showing invoices issued and payments received in separate blocks
  • Ledger based client statement with a running balance as invoices are issued and payments received.
